In her presentation, Zane discussed ways in which employers could boost engagement and team integration among younger generations in the workplace. Her presentation covered topics such as the values that young people prioritize in an employer and what employers could expect when targeting this demographic. While many employers tended to focus on the preferences of Gen Z and Millennials, Zane shed light on which group of potential employees in Latvia’s employers should focus on instead.
